It is very interesting to contemplate the fact that we are Beings consisting of 100% pure Energy. Intellectually it may be relatively easy for our mind to see and understand this reality . . . but I have found that truly comprehending and integrating the true significance and relevance of this inconspicuous construction of our bodies, and everything connected to it; is quite another matter.
Since we live in an energy based, reflective Universe made of 100% Vibrations (Energy) . . . and we are consequentially all 100% Energy Beings . . . emitting Energetic Vibrations. Furthermore, every Vibration we emit and ever have emitted is a signal that carries and radiates from us a very specific Vibrational Frequency (VF). This VF is a very specific Energy 'Signature' that is totally unique to us.
At any given moment, this VF is determined by the essence of the frequency of our thoughts, feelings, beliefs, opinions, perceptions, actions, inactions, etc. ! Over time, we become an accumulation of the predominant frequencies we have been holding and emitting since conception.
Our VF is generally always in motion . . . either moving higher or moving lower. If we are going in a direction that causes us stress, we have a choice to shift the direction of our Frequency at any time.
At any given moment, this VF is determined by the essence of the frequency of our thoughts, feelings, beliefs, opinions, perceptions, actions, inactions, etc. ! Over time, we become an accumulation of the predominant frequencies we have been holding and emitting since conception.

The 'Law Of Attraction' (LOA) guarantees that the Essence of all Vibrations that are emitted by us individually as well as collectively are, in time, always matched by the Universe !
Thus, it can be very beneficial for us to be aware of which vibrations we are dominantly emitting, because the essence of it has been and will eventually return to us. This essence is what is and will be the experience in our life.

Once I am aware of, notice, and understand what vibration I am emitting in the moment and what vibration I have been predominantly emitting in the past, I can more easily understand why I have been getting . . . and what I may be receiving in the future. I can commit myself to learning how to shift direction at any time.

I've been learning about and working with my vibration for a while now, and I have only recently gained the incredibly important awareness of how impactful it really is to actively learn to manage my own vibration. Although it is often not easy to do, it can and it often does, totally change my life experience at any given moment in time !
I can choose to continue to allow my vibration to be on auto-pilot and it will continue to get the vibrational match I have been getting . . . or I can actively seek to deliberately steer it into a higher vibration direction I want to go in, and in time, I will get a vibrational match of it. It's my choice. What do I want ? It depends on where I am and whether or not I am happy with where I am.

What I give my attention to and the thoughts I think as a result of where and how long I am placing my attention, creates my vibration . . . and my vibration creates my reality ! I can choose my reality by paying attention to what I allow myself to think.
When I think thoughts that do not serve me well, i.e. they cause me stress, I can shift and choose to think something different.
I can deliberately think different thoughts that do serve me well . . . i.e. that feel better.
This is how I claim and own my frequency !
Intentions:

Sometimes, when we are caught in an unpleasant vibration that we want to get out of, we may have a tendency where we want to move our emotions too quickly.
We, for example, may try to get from feeling very fearful to feeling happy ! While this could be possible to achieve for some people, it is probably too big of a jump in vibration for most of us most of the time . . . instead we must move our emotions in smaller steps.
At this moment, it is important for us to recognize and identify what my vibration is and then decide the vibrational direction that we want to move in. Then we must intentionally guide our vibration in small increments towards where we want to go. We can deliberately do this until we get to a vibrational state that we are satisfied and at ease. (See VGS below)

We know that one lower vibration (unpleasant feeling) feels better or worse than another . . . i.e. fear, for example, feels worse than feeling irritated . . . and thus when we find ourselves caught up in one of these stressful lower vibrations
. . . we can start our shift towards feeling better by shifting our feeling from worse to less worse, relatively speaking.
Feeling Less Worse = Feeling Better than I did before !
Feeling better and better are the stepping stones that eventually lead us to feeling good.

As mentioned above, when I am caught in an unpleasant vibration, my path towards arriving at a place of feeling 'good' begins once I start to move myself in the direction of a better feeling vibration than where I am.
As I move in this direction . . . I continue to create increasingly better feeling vibrations the closer I get to a place of feeling neutral.
Once I get to the place where I feel neutral . . . all of the unpleasant charge that causes me to feel 'stressed' is gone ! There is no longer any resistance . . . I am at ease . . . and I am now ready to move into the area of 'Higher Vibrations' that feel 'Good' !
To get there, I can ask myself: What can I think, say, or do that moves me up the ladder on the VGS into a direction where I can feel neutral ? (See VGS below)
As I move in this direction . . . I continue to create increasingly better feeling vibrations the closer I get to a place of feeling neutral.
Once I get to the place where I feel neutral . . . all of the unpleasant charge that causes me to feel 'stressed' is gone ! There is no longer any resistance . . . I am at ease . . . and I am now ready to move into the area of 'Higher Vibrations' that feel 'Good' !

We have a tendency to label one emotion as ‘good’ and another as ‘bad’, however on the deepest level there are no good emotions or bad emotions . . . it’s just that some ‘feel’ good while others do not. All of the emotions we experience are a part of our humanness, and all of them are there for a reason. They are a signal to us ! They either signal that we are on the right path . . . and as a result we feel good, or there is something we need to pay attention to if we want to shift direction.

The most valuable tool I have found that has helped me learn about what I am putting out 'vibrationally' and how to shift and manage it, is the Emotional Guidance Scale (EGS) from Abraham Hicks. I initially used the basics of this scale for training myself . . . and it has been evolving and expanding through me as I have been working with it.
While Abraham only uses only 20 emotions on the EGS, I have included more emotions as well as other common vibrations. I found this expansion helpful in my own training, recognizing that all vibrations end up affecting my emotions and identifying more of them helps me pay more attention to them and how they tend to rule my life if I don't.
Adding a greater variety of vibrations to the scale helps me discern the differences between them and how each one of them affects me. As I tune into the feeling of what I am experiencing and I am not satisfied with my feeling; it helps me gain clarity about where my vibration is located on the scale and into which direction I must guide myself in order to move myself where I wish to go. It also gives me a better indication of how close I am to neutral and how far I have to go to get there.

For me, reaching a state of Neutrality is a goal when I'm upset about anything, because I know that it is the bridge that allows me to cross from my fear based frequency into a love based frequency.

Every emotion or quality on this VGS carries a specific vibration . . . a specific energy frequency
. . . or energy signature. If I tune into each of these vibrations . . . one by one . . . and feel what each one of them feels like . . . I can feel the, sometimes subtle, difference in each one of what is listed here. Depression, Fear, and Rage are on the lowest part of the lower vibrational scale . . . and as we move up the scale towards Blame, Struggle, and Irritation . . . the vibration, although still in the lower vibrational range where we feel discomfort, improves. Once we arrive at Neutral our discomfort is gone and we feel calm and at ease with what is. |
Now it starts to become really exciting and very rewarding . . . this is where we start to move towards and into the 'Feel Good' territory that makes life so joyful and fulfilling.
Acceptance and Willingness are the beginning frequencies that allow us to move up the VGS towards Forgiveness, Abundance, Love, and Happiness.
The better my predominant vibration gets . . . the better life gets.

I am automatically praying for something or someone when I create and hold a vision of my prayer already fulfilled. It is my vision and the feelings of my vision that creates and carries the vibration of my prayer.
Thus, if I have a friend who is ill, I can envision and feel what it is like to have my friend be healthy and whole . . . and as I envision this and as I feel and hold the vibration of this health and wholeness . . . I am praying health and wholeness for my friend.
