The Good Vibrations Journal (GVJ) is a very powerful teaching and training tool that helps me learn how to Pivot myself into a better feeling Vibration from where I currently am. This is an especially important skill to learn if where 'I currently am' is in a Vibrational State of Stress or Lack . . . versus a Vibrational State of Joy and Abundance.

Many people incorrectly believe that Forgiveness is about releasing someone else from Accountability or Responsibility of wrong-doing . . . but Forgiveness is not about someone else at all ! It is about us . . . and only us !

I used to ‘Believe’ that my Happiness was dependent on other people and/or my outer world . . . I believed that I could only be happy when certain conditions were fulfilled or met.

Affirmative Guided Meditations are a powerful tool to create and hold a vision of what I want myself or my life to be like.

After the 30 days . . . or any day
1) GIVE YOURSELF A GREAT BIG HUG (physically or energetically) AS OFTEN AS POSSIBLE EVERY DAY and . . . Visualize and Feel Love And Appreciation Flowing Through Your entire body . . . Freely and Easily.
2) At least once every day . . . Think Of And Tell Yourself 5 Things That You Are Proud Of Yourself For.
Now you are well on your way of feeling loved and cared for, from the inside out !
Live Is Good . . . All Is Well.

This technique is based on information from Michael Bernard Beckwith during his HayHouse radio show ‘The Answer Is You’ on March 12, 2014. This technique helps ‘tease out’ any hidden beliefs that may be keeping you from achieving your intended goals or dreams on a subconscious level.
Once you become aware of these hidden limiting believes, you are able to create an ‘antidote’.
For some people just becoming aware of the hidden limiting believes will do the trick and allow them to move forward, but for others it may require more work. If you are one of those people, write out the new ‘antidote’ affirmations and use them as a springboard. You may want to consider repeating the process of this technique for each one of the new affirmations, until your ego is quiet and no resistance comes up . . . i.e. You now REALLY believe your initial affirmation whole-heartedly and there are no more Self-Defeating Hidden Beliefs !
When I used this technique for the first time, I got so into the feeling of the affirmation that I was compelled to write it out twice on some of the days. It really helped me with keeping the feeling alive throughout my day - which I believe is the fuel for bringing it into my daily life experience.
