Spiritual Health, Healing . . . and Well-Being !

I am intricately aware that my Health is my greatest Wealth ! For me it ranks even above money and relationships . . . because although it is definitely true that money, possessions, or the people in my life can and do greatly enhance and/or aggravate my life experience . . . there is nothing that has a greater impact on my daily life and my feeling of happiness and well-being than my level of health. Thus it serves me well to acknowledge and take good care of whatever level of health that I do have and do my best to nurture it
. . . so that it can evolve into the best it can be for me and my state of Well-Being.
  

It is easy to feel as though we don’t have enough health. It is easy to give our attention to everything that feels 'wrong', and to get stuck on being focused on the amount of health that we don’t have but we wish we had. However,  I have learned that: The best way I can improve my current health in any area of my life is by becoming aware of, acknowledging, and valuing whatever amount of ‘Health Wealth’ that I do have right now in this moment . . . and then look for and find ways to create more of the health that I wish to have in my life going forward !

​Everything within my ‘webBook’ on this website has been and is helping me to work on and accomplish this as much as is possible for me . . . and my sincere wish is that it will do the same for you.

Although when we talk about health, we are generally talking about and focused on the health of our physical body . . . it is also important to
recognize and to be aware of our other 3 bodies that make up our whole. ​
This  is  important because they are all closely interconnected and interrelated with our physical body and each other 24/7.

Consequently, how we treat our physical body, what we think within our mental body, what we feel in our emotional body; and how we interact, connect, or disconnect from our spiritual body (self) . . . they all impact each other and the health or absence of it that we feel . . . whether we are aware of it or not. Our level of experience of either 'Stress' or 'Joy' within our Mental, Emotional, and/or Physical bodies have been identified to have the biggest impact on each individual body, as well as each other, and the whole. Our Spiritual body is always emanating love all we have to do is allow it in. 
​

I have always intuitively been very grateful and I have always appreciated my physical health . . . but in more recent years I have been and I am continuing to expand my gratitude and appreciation for my emotional, mental, and spiritual health as well. I am learning to treat my integrated ‘Health Wealth’ like I treat my best friend . . . to have a mutually beneficial relationship with it . . . to love, respect, and value it for what it is . . . and to fulfill my responsibility in helping it grow, develop, and be at its best.

The most important lesson that I have learned about health and healing in any area of my life is that 'it begins within me' ! I must be able to genuinely feel it, see it, and believe it first . . . before I can be it ​in this field of reality. Few of us are able to be healthy or promote long-term healing while we think and feel unhealthy and disempowered. Thus, if I seek true healing and well-being; I must seek change in how I feel about health, how I view it, and what I believe about it on the deepest root level.

Yes, I can cover up symptoms by various means, but I know now, that true and complete healing is Sourced from within me by raising my Awareness and deepening my Connection to the Healing Energy of my Source . . . my Inner Being . . . my Higher Self . . . my Soul Energy . . . the Divine. It provides me with more of the insight and clarity that I need for the health and healing that I seek. When I learn to recognize and connect to this energy and when I learn to listen and follow its guidance; I will pursue a path of seeking out healing vibrations by means of essential learning and change, the use of good common sense practices, as well as obtaining sensible and necessary medical care.

The pre-requisite for such a path is that I must be completely and unconditionally open, ready, and available to allow myself to receive the health and healing that I desire . . . I must match its vibration and allow it to flow through me. I do this by doing my inner healing work . . . and as I move along my path and I heal pieces within me by changing the way I think, feel, say, or do things . . . ​I am not only healing  pieces within me and my life, but I am also invariably healing pieces that need to be healed within our world.

My Understanding of the Source of Health, Wellness, and Healing . . . on the Deepest Level

Everything
is made of Energy . . . including our bodies, our thoughts, and our emotions . . . and all Energy carries a Vibration. It is this Vibration that determines and rules our experience of our life.

There are basically 2 types of Vibrations:
Lower Vibrations . . . such as fear, blame, worry, struggle, anger, judgment, frustration,  etc., and
Higher Vibrations . . . such as love, joy, abundance, forgiveness, appreciation, and compassion, etc.

True Healing can only take place from a space of Higher Vibrations !

It is Law . . . because the Universal Law Of Attraction can only match our Vibration (it cannot bring us anything that is of Higher or Lower Vibration). Consequently, if we consistently hold impactful Lower Vibrational Patterns within our thoughts, feelings, and/or actions, it can only match and return to us that which we are putting out.

When Stress and Illness manifest in my live it is a Signal for me to pay attention to my Energy Field and the Vibrations that I am predominantly emitting and holding. It is always a Signal to me that the Universe is asking me to 'Heal' something within me ! I am given a nudge to take this 'Opportunity' to find a way to complete this Healing; so that I may learn what I am meant to learn from it and move forward in my evolution.

As mentioned, when something is challenging for me (health or otherwise) or something hurts (physically or emotionally), it is a signal for me; that there is something within me that must be healed . . . in some way. I am grateful that we have Doctors and Pharmaceuticals available to assist us along the way, if need be; but I also know that we can heal a lot more than we think by doing our 'Inner Work' . . .  and a part of that 'Inner Work' is learning about 'Energy Work'. 

When we learn that we are 100% Energetic, Vibrational Beings that can make a deliberate choice about what Vibrational Energy we hold and emanate . . . and when we furthermore recognize the immense impact these energy patterns have on our Health, Healing, and Well-Being . . . we become much more willing and deliberate in our efforts to learn how to create, hold, and eventually channel these High Healing Energy Frequencies into the areas in need of Healing . . . whether these areas are Emotional, Physical, Mental, or Spiritual in nature.

​​All High Vibrational Energy Frequencies are Healing Frequencies ! (See my Vibrational Guidance Scale on the Pivoting page.) Some are more powerful than others. Generally, the higher up on the scale it is the more powerful it is). As I learned to 'feel into them', I also learned to 'feel' the difference. Some of the highest ones for me include the Frequencies of Love, Appreciation, Compassion, and Forgiveness.​

One of the biggest obstacles we face in our humanness is that we get so intently focused and stuck on feeling discontent and unhappiness about 'what is' and 'what we don't have' but wish we did.

As our attention stays on those lower vibrational feelings (energy patterns) of discontent and lack, this energy builds upon itself, it grows and it gets stronger. As this happens it radiates outward from us . . . and because energy follows thought and all energy is matched by the Law of Attraction  . . . consequently, my repeated chronic attention and magnification of this negative energy of lack to unwanted or unpleasant things holds me in a state of disallowing my receiving of solutions to what I so wish to experience in my life. This applies to all areas of my life . . . all areas of discontent and disharmony. There are no exceptions !  

If I want to shift 'what is', because I feel discontent about it; I must first shift my attention from 'what is' that I don't like to 'what is' that I do like. I must look for it, find it, and amplify it to shift my energy pattern into one that I wish to have matched by the Law of Attraction.

When I move out of the ‘Me’ Consciousness into the ‘We’ Consciousness
I Allow the World to Heal . . . One person at a time . . .
​Starting with ME !

​At this level I not only 'know' intellectually that I am connected to, impacted by, and impacting on everything in the Universe through my Energy Field . . . but I feel it on the deepest level of my Inner Being. 


On this level I know that when I hurt anyone or anything . . . I am only hurting myself.
​And so it is for everyone  . . . whether we know it or not . . . whether we believe it or not !  


My Practices, Tools, and Techniques for Health, Healing, and Well-Being !

​This healing process is based on a process I have learned from Michael Bernard Beckwith.

It can be used with just about anything that no longer serves me, including the healing of grief, fear, blame, anger, or letting go of relationships that no longer work.

Below you'll find more details about these steps. 
                                                         


1) If I am not 100% willing to change, and if I am not 100% willing to let go and do whatever needs to be done to heal, it means that I am choosing not to let go of what does not serve me. 

​In effect, I am choosing not to allow myself to heal or deal with whatever needs to be healed or dealt with . . . and I am choosing to stay stuck ! I must realize that 'That was Then and This is Now' and unless I am willing to Let Go of Then, there will not be enough space for the possibilities of a better Now.

For example:  Feeling angry is human . . . but when I insist on 'staying' angry because 'I have a right to be angry', I am choosing to stay stuck.
                                                                                                                                                                           2) When something ‘ Is what it Is ‘ and I am unable to change it, it will be 'What it Is' whether I accept it or not ! ! !  If I accept it and I Allow myself to Let Go of it then I can heal it and move on. If I choose not to accept it, I am in effect fighting against it and I am choosing to hold on to what does not serve me. Again, I am choosing not to allow myself to heal or deal with whatever needs to be healed or be dealt with . . . and in effect, I am choosing to stay stuck ! Accepting ‘What Is’ is the first step to making Peace with 'What Is' ! I know that I have made peace with what is when I think of the situation, person, or circumstance that caused me to feel stressed in the past and there are no negative emotions coming up within myself.

3) There is always something good that can be found in any unwanted situation, person, or circumstance from which I want to heal. Sometimes I really don't want to hear that or believe it . . . but I do now know this to be true. Sometimes, I really do have to practically force myself to look for it with a magnifying glass, but it is there. To help myself find that 'something', I may ask myself questions like: Is there something I (or someone else) have learned (or can learn) from this situation, person, or circumstance? Did this situation, person, or circumstance help (or force) me (or someone else) to grow and expand in some way? 

4) Forgiving myself and others will set me free from the shackles of anger, grief, fear, doubt, worry, blame, disappointment, frustration, or any other negative emotion. The biggest block I have found with forgiveness goes right back to #1 in this process: If I am not willing and available to change and let go of the anger, frustration, fear, doubt, worry etc. etc. . . I choose to stay unhealed and stay stuck in those emotions. 

5) When I Choose to 'Letting Go ! Let It Go' as talked about above . . . it will Set Me Free !  
I can choose to let go of the past, it is done and cannot be changed . . . I can resist living in the future, as it will always be the future and recognize that all that I can ever change is in this very moment . . . right Now. This is where my point of power is, this is where I can influence change. The future can only be changed and experienced 'Now' and right 'NOW' quickly becomes the past, which cannot be changed . . . ever !  

6) It's simple . . . albeit not easy . . . but, we are free to move on with our life . . . fulfill our mission  by  allowing ourselves to grow and expand as we are meant to.

We can facilitate Healing, Health, and Well-Being by feeling sincere Gratitude and Appreciation for our Wellness !
 

Have you ever noticed when you are feeling great and nothing is hurting in your body you just go about your business and never even notice that your body feels good ? Yet, when something goes wrong or there is some discomfort somewhere in your body you instantly focus in on it and often stay stuck on it and become unhappy about it. 

​This is often how our human mind works.

However, our health and well-being would benefit greatly if we were to get into a habit of tuning into our body when it feels good and feel sincere gratitude and appreciation for the fact that it feels good in this moment. 
​
This also applies when we are experiencing pain or discomfort in certain areas of our body. We can promote healing by focusing in on the parts of our body that work well and feel good while we are experiencing pain or discomfort in other areas of our body. In other words, we can facilitate healing and decrease the level of pain we feel by shifting our focus away from what is wrong or what is hurting to the many areas of our body that are well. We can shift our attention to any or all of those body parts and organs that are functioning properly and/or are not hurting; and feel sincere gratitude and appreciation for them. It is the energy vibration of the feeling of Gratitude and especially APPRECIATION that facilitates healing.

Using Meditative Practices as a Healing Tool
Many, if not all of the Life Lessons and Tools in this 'webBook', including Affirmations, Affirmative Prayers,  and Guided Meditations can be transformed into a Meditative Practice that can facilitate improved Health, Healing, and overall Well-Being. They can be molded into something that can be very personal and powerful for anyone who is truly ready, open, and available. I am myself in a constant mode of refining my work in order to specify, simplify, or clarify by changing, adapting, or adding to it as I am changing, learning, and growing. Please feel free to experiment with anything that I am sharing here. Below, are a few of my favorites, more to be added in time.   

​To get the most benefits from any Practice within these pages, I recommend to implement one at a time for a minimum of 10 to 15 minutes every day until it becomes second nature ​(usually 21-30 days),  and then practice it in whole or part whenever needed or when it feels right for you.

​Emotionally, Energetically, and Spiritually . . . the best and most beneficial thing that I can do to facilitate healing in my body is to treat my body like I would treat my ‘best friend’ ! I Respect and Accept it for what it is . . . just the way it is . . . and I feel and express my sincere Love and Appreciation for it and all the wonderful benefits it provides for me today and has provided for me in the past !

Physically . . . the best thing that I can do to facilitate healing of my body at any given moment, is to do my best to care for it and give it what it needs for good health and well-being . . . and always look for and find more ways to create more of the health that I wish to have.

​The foundation of this daily Practice is a pre-requisite for true Physical Healing and Well-Being, because I cannot improve my physical health and well-being when I do not respect, love, and honor the body I have chosen to be in during this incarnation. It has helped me re-program my default way of thinking until I sincerely felt it, believed it, and became it. It is now a part of who I am.

The shorter conversation I often have with my body to express my Gratitude and Appreciation to it goes usually something like what you see here.

Answers are often some of the things I already know. They are often related to the choices of life-style that I am habitually choosing, due to my underlying energy patterns. These energy patterns were formed by my natural DNA tendencies, and everything I have been exposed to and learned since birth.

​These energy  patterns can be either beneficial or hindering to me and my evolution, and if I want something different than what it is, it is my task to identify and continue the ones that are beneficial to me and to change the ones that are hindering me. 
​
​These are some answers I have received:
Value and praise me for what I am and what I am providing for you . . . not what you 'think' I 'should' be providing for you !
Love, accept, and appreciate me as I am in this moment . . . vs. wishing / wanting me to be different or something else.
Tune into me and my needs . . . i.e. 'Listen' to me when I am 'talking' to you / giving you clues.
Stay aware of the interconnection and effect of our mental, emotional, and spiritual body on my physical body . . . on some level their health or stress will reflect and manifest in me.  
Communicate and Connect with me . . . talk to me and listen to me.​
Intent and Envision giving me the best care possible.
Look for and find ways to create/maintain the best physical health and well-being possible. 
​​Keep a balance between over-doing and under-doing . . . respect my boundaries.
Make a choice to feed me the most nourishing food and drink that you can.
​Make a choice to feed me the best amount of food and drink for me, if you can . . . avoid overfeeding or starving me.
​Keep me moving . . . stretch me . . . give me adequate exercise, if you can . . . it moves stagnant energy within me to keep me more flexible and healthy.​

My 'Healing Conversation' with my body when I feel discomfort within it goes something like this:

I connect with and speak to it . . . I say (energetically or verbally):
I feel your state of disharmony.
I am so sorry . . . please forgive me, for whatever I may have done to contribute to your disharmony.
I am so grateful for you ! You have served me so well to the best of your ability throughout my life.
I love you and I appreciate you ! Without you my life would be so much more difficult.
Thank you for serving me . . . How can I best serve you ?
What can I do for you ? What do you need from me . . . so that you can heal and return to your harmonious state of being ?

What are you telling me ?
What are you telling me that I am not seeing ?
What can I think, feel, say, or do to assist you so that healing may take place ?
 
How can I turn this into something better than what it is ?
How can I turn it into something good ?
How can I turn it into the best it can be ?
What can I learn from you ?
I am listening ! I am regularly tuning into . . . and I am mindful of your needs.
I am willing . . . I am open . . . and I am available to serve you !

​This is a simple and easy practice that uses an Affirmation as a Meditative Practice to envision and feel the flow of Physical Health, Healing, and Well-Being into our body and our experience.

It could also be adapted to any other area of our life that we wish to affirm . . . such as money, relationships, forgiveness, or peacefulness . . . for example. The abundant flow of what comes our way is only limited by our desire and our imagination.

I use this Affirmation as a Meditative Practice to get into a space where I am feeling Healing Waves of Love enter from the Divine through the top of my head (Crown Chakra) into my Heart . . . and I allow these Healing Waves to flood and spread throughout my entire body. I often just bask in this space . . .

I know that when I am in this place, I am in the process of Healing something . . . I am in deep connection with my Inner Being . . . my Higher Self . . . my Soul . . . my Source . . . God; and I am Healing something . . . whether I am aware of it or not . . . not only within ​me but also within the world at large. 
​
I highly recommend this Practice. I was really grasping its Healing Power when I started to catch myself in the midst of it at unexpected and unplanned times during my day. The Healing Waves of Love just 'came over me' out of seemingly nowhere. When that happened, I really gained a deeper insight and understanding of its amazing impact that I didn't have before ! Now I know and understand that 'It Heals in wondrous ways' . . . simply by evoking in me the powerful and healing feeling (vibration)of Love. It opens me up to even greater Love towards myself and towards others. 

This same Practice can also be applied to and used with other Healing Frequencies such as Joy, Appreciation, Compassion, Abundance, and Forgiveness, etc. depending on our needs. Give it a try . . .

​I learned the concept of 'Healing Waves of Love' from Emmanuel Dagher. He is an amazing Energy Healer who is worth exploring if you are interested. 


Take It One Step Further . . .

Once I am there . . . where I am allowing these Healing Waves to spread and flood my whole body . . . I can then intentionally channel that Love Frequency onto an area of discomfort for purposeful healing.


This could be an area in my body, a person whom I'm having conflict with, or a situation or circumstance that I'm struggling with. First, I am receiving Healing Waves of Love and then I send them out . . . and by sending out this Love Frequency it will not only facilitate my own healing, but I am also contributing to the healing of our world.

Another Variation:
​I have turned this affirmation into a small guided meditation that I am currently using every morning to promote and facilitate healing in my body. 

​Often, just reading this affirmation in combination with the effect of the graphics evokes a immediate Healing Love Vibration within me. I see and I feel my Heart opening up like a blossom . . . first emanating beams of Love . . . then I add Appreciation. When I am in this space where I  feel the Vibrations . . . I channel them from my Heart space into the part of my body that I am feeling discomfort in . . . feeling sincere Love and Appreciation for this area of my body. I now allow this Love and Appreciation to flood my entire body . . . and I hold this feeling for as long as I can or for as long as it feels right; knowing and trusting that Energetic Healing is taking place. I use this affirmative Mantra to help me maintain the feeling:  I feel my Heart beaming with Love and Appreciation for you . . . and for my entire body !

I will Practice this for a minimum of 4 weeks and then I will draw on it whenever I feel discomfort somewhere in my body or when it feels right for me.

​As with many of my other Practices, this can also be applied to and used with other Healing Frequencies such as Joy, Appreciation, Compassion, Abundance, and Forgiveness, etc. depending
on my needs. And, it can be used and applied to all different types of difficulties other than the
physical body, including situations and/or people. Give it a try . . .

Below I describe one of my paths for facilitating healing within any of my bodies. It can be applied to every difficulty ​that I experience at
any moment . . . because every difficulty and every challenge in my
​life is a request by the Universe and an opportunity for me to heal something within me 
so that I can move forward in my continued evolution.  Whether or not I answer the request and seize the opportunity is up to me and my Free Will.  

My Healing Path:
​I view and observe any difficulty or any repeating disharmonious (Karmic) energy patterns, including any discomforts within my body, from my Higher Self.
It is a signal that there is something that is asking to be healed within me.
It is an opportunity for me to choose healing for my evolution.
I can ask my Higher Self for help . . . so that I can see and observe it from the perspective of my Higher Self.

​I connect to and ask my Higher Self:

'Please help me see and observe this from your perspective . . . how do you see this ? '
​How can I look at this differently to allow healing ?
 

I am aware of and I acknowledge that this is the manifestation of a disharmonious Energetic Wave Pattern that I somehow created.
I allow it to be what it is and I pull it to the surface . . . vs. resisting/pushing it away . . .
i.e. I actively seek and I intent to find Neutrality and healing.
​I observe it and examine it.
I connect and communicate with it
.
I send it waves of healing love. 


I ask it:
What are you telling me ?
What are you telling me that I am not seeing ?
What do you need from me ?

What can I think, feel, say, or do to assist you so that healing may take place ? 


I ask my Higher Self:
Please help me magnetize and magnify my understanding of this and what it takes for me to heal it and integrate it into my Being.
