The 'Immense Power' of Feeling Appreciation ! April 10, 2022
Both Gratitude and Appreciation carry a very High, Love based Vibrational Frequency. Indeed, their Energetic Vibrational Frequencies are so closely related that they are often referred to together and may even be used interchangeably. They are indeed often so intertwined that neither one of them can exist without including parts of each other.
Nonetheless, I’ve decided to differentiate them in this 'webbook' and give each of them its own personal page . . . because once I really tuned into the underlying Vibrational Frequency of each one of them; I was able to detect a subtle but yet significant and noteworthy difference that I had never recognized or fully understood.
I learned to tune into 'The Subtle Vibrational Difference' ! And now, I can Feel it.
To me, sincere heartfelt Gratitude is feeling grateful for ‘something’ that is Present while recognizing and acknowledging that my Life Experience would not be as Good or as Joyful if that ‘something’ were absent.
Sincere heartfelt Appreciation is my ‘Present Moment Awareness’ of that ‘something’ while Relishing and Basking in the full Awareness of its Existence and the Joyful Benefits that it brings into my Life Experience in this Moment and beyond.

Sincere, heartfelt Appreciation is one of the most powerful tools I know of for creating Well-Being and a Joyously Abundant Life . . . and once I discovered its Immense Power . . . I have been doing it more and more, just because it is so Powerful, and it feels so Good !
I often make 'feeling' this sincere, heartfelt Appreciation the intentionally object of my Attention throughout my day, and I know that as I do so, in time the Law Of Attraction is bringing me more and more to appreciate , because it is a Universal Law.
Once I feel this Appreciation within me it becomes very rewarding to spread the joy of it, by expressing it to something/someone around me. I can do this mentally (energetically), verbally, in writing, or by doing something. Whatever way I choose is perfect as long as it comes from the heart.

The reason why this practice is so powerful is because when we are in a heartfelt State of Appreciation, we are radiating outward a very High Frequency Vibration that the Universe responds to in an Equally High Frequency. Words are only words until we put the intensity of a feeling behind it, and it is the feeling that opens the Pathways of our co-creation through and with the Laws of the Universe.
Feeling and basking in sincere heartfelt Appreciation helps us maximize our capacity so we can be fully Available to Receive everything that is Good, everything that we dream of and would like to experience in our life.
I would not however, try to Appreciate or feel good about people or things that I have strong negative feelings about. Instead, I would seek to Pivot by making a conscious Choice to Forgive, Accept, and Let Go by means of practicing Compassion and Understanding.

Tools and Techniques for Practicing 'Appreciation'

There are so many seemingly simple little things, simple little pleasures in life, that we so easily take for granted.
Look for them, find them, begin seeing them; and feel sincere appreciation for them. Bask in the joy and beauty they add to your life. Life would be different without them !
Affirmation: Every day, I am looking for, I am seeing, and I am feeling genuine Appreciation for the many simple things in my daily life.
The 'Rampage of Appreciation' is a Fun Game by Esther and Jerry Hicks (Abraham) for developing the habit of thinking in terms of Appreciation.
If we are having a hard time finding things to appreciate due to our situations or circumstances, this game can help us shift our focus. This game can easily be played anywhere, at any time. It simply takes our attention away from what's wrong and shifts it to what's good. |

For some reason, our human mind tends to want things to be different than what they are. We often tell ourselves 'I'll be appreciative when 'such and such happens', etc.
However, it would benefit me greatly if I learned to Appreciate 'What Is' . . . NOW ! My life would be much happier if 'instead of wishing that things were different', I would simply Appreciate 'What Is' NOW . . . including where I am, who I am, what I already have, and where I'm going. All of it !

A great way to practice appreciation is to start an 'Appreciation Journal'. Write at least one item in it each day for a minimum of 30 days, or until appreciation turns into a natural, integrated part of your daily life.
It helps to be as detailed as possible in the description about what you are 'feeling' appreciation for and why. |
This Journal could easily be combined with a 'Happiness Journal' or a 'Gratitude Journal'.

Practice feeling and then expressing sincere, heartfelt Appreciation to someone or something every day !
