Meditation is a very Unique and Personal Experience . . . for Everyone.
There are many different forms of Meditation with many valuable benefits for our health and well-being. Meditation is a very valuable Pivoting tool that can help us cope with and release our ever increasing levels of stress. It can also help us temporarily disconnect from physical and/or emotional pain by shifting our awareness away from the pain towards feelings peacefulness and harmony . . . maybe even towards a state of love or joy. With increased practice, this benefit can extent long beyond the actual time of Meditation. For me, my Meditation Practice in combination with my other Inner Work, has helped me my manage stress, raise my overall tolerance level, and thus lower my frustration level of others, of myself, as well as the world around me. It has also increased my capacity to forgive, let go of anger and blame, as well as practice compassion under difficult circumstances.
Effective Meditations can be 5, 10, 20 minutes or longer . . . or it can be as short as 5, 10, or 20 seconds; depending on my level of practice and awareness. The time in itself is less important than the regularity of practice and my ability to get myself into a state of Neutrality or Peacefulness. I often compose a short powerful Affirmation or 'Mantra' when I feel stressed and need a quick pivot.
For me, intentional Affirmative Guided Meditations are the best and most powerful training tool to help me learn to pivot myself into positive change. I used them as a beginner and I still use them today. The difference today is that I have learned to create my own. I have learned to recognize what speaks to my most Inner Being . . . and thus what works best for me. There are many pre-recorded Guided Meditations available, but there is nothing more valuable to me than customizing my own for my own specific need. You'll find a few examples further down on this page. I have also recorded Meditations and used them as a helpful audio tool.

I have recognized that there are many different forms of Meditations and I have noticed that some of them are intentional in me and some of them are not . . . at times they just happen 'automatically'. I used to be unaware that this was happening; but in time and with practice, during the course of doing my Inner Work, I am now recognizing it much more easily just by being increasingly aware of the way that I feel.
Generally speaking, when we talk about Meditation, we are talking about engaging in a deliberate process where we intentionally open up the channel for communicating with, and allowing the flow of inspiration and guidance from our Higher Self. Our Higher Self is the part of us that is pure Love and Compassion for ALL of 'what is' . . . with no Judgment of anything. It knows and understands the 'bigger picture' of our existence and who we really are . . . and it will help guide us towards everything that is good and is for our Highest Good along our journey of evolution; if we tune into it and allow it to come through us.

For me, it was trial and error with different things that I have learned. In time, I have come to the conclusion that: Whatever turns out to be a successful Meditation Practice . . . is a very Unique and Personal Experience for everyone.

My meditation practice has evolved and is simply to find and repeat ways that help me get into a space where I feel peaceful and at ease . . . or better. Whatever that process turns out to be !
It could be sitting quietly . . . it could be a walk by myself in the park
. . . it could be puttering in the garden or in my home . . . listening to certain music or a guided meditation . . . baking or cooking a favorite
. . . or anything else that works or resonates with me.
What could 'better' than a 'Peaceful State of Being' ?
Any state of Being that is above 'Neutral' on the Vibrational Guidance Scale.

When I am in this state of Being . . . Neutral or above . . . it opens up the channel of communication with, and it allows the flow of inspiration and guidance from my Higher Self . . . my Spirit Guides . . . my Angels . . . my Soul . . . God . . . the Universe. At this time I have released any resistant Lower Vibrational Energy and I am now in a state of Neutrality . . . where I am completely open and receptive to the Higher Vibrational Frequencies of everything that is good.
Those are the times where I am allowing inspiring thoughts and ideas to flow freely and easily into my awareness. I am learning to recognize and become increasingly aware of when I am in this state of Being . . . and I bask in them and allow them to expand as much and as long as I can, for I now know that they are the creator of everything that is good in my life. I know that the essence of them are being matched by the magnetic force of the Universal Law of Attraction and returned to me . . . in time . . . in some way.

The biggest obstacle to intentional, quiet meditation for me was my minds internal dialogue when I was learning to meditate . . . and this is why there is much talk about meditation being a 'quieting of the mind'. This was quite difficult for me for a long time, and it still can be at times. At first I couldn't even understand what it meant. How was I supposed to ‘quiet my mind’ when it was always 'talking' to me ? It seemed impossible . . . but in time I understood.
For quite some time, when I routinely sat down to meditate each morning, my mind was always busy talking about something; generally unrelated to feeling neutral, peaceful, or at ease. As I learned to observe my mind, I noticed that it was usually engaged in some form of 'Mind Chatter' that was either critical of me or someone/something else in some way . . . or . . . it was constantly reminding me of all the different things that I needed to remember to do. Sound familiar ?

In time, I recognized my minds tactics to keep me from meditating. The first technique I used to quiet it down was that I started to mentally talk to it. I would patiently say: Quiet ! Not now . . . later. This is our quiet time. I would repeat it, and repeat it . . . until the end of the 20 minutes that I had set aside for my meditation, if necessary.
Eventually I got enough practice where I would just observe the thoughts and allow them float by without giving them any thought . . . without giving into it's prompts. When I got to this point; I finally understood and I could see that in this moment 'I was my Higher Self' . . . I was the Observer. And although IT is always the Observer and we are always directly linked and connected; until that moment I was never really aware of this 'Observer Presence' that is me.
Another thing that I did was to keep a notepad and pen handy, so when something inspired and 'really' noteworthy would come through, and I 'really' did want to remember, I would make a quick note of it . . . and then simply return to my meditation.
I also regularly used my own Affirmations, Mantras, Affirmative Guided Meditations, and Affirmative Prayers that I wrote for myself. They allowed me to train my mind to focus in on something specific. It would help guide me in the direction I wanted to go.
At the same time I also concentrated on and did a lot of daily Inner Work around my self-critical internal dialogue, a.k.a. my 'Mind Chatter'.
In time, all of this work resulted in me being able to regularly ‘Quiet my Mind’ . . . i.e. Guide my way into a space of feeling neutral, peaceful, and at ease with 'what is' anytime I consciously chose.
I am so grateful that I found my way through this ‘Inner Work’ . . . which continues every day. It is so worth it and I am so grateful that I found my way onto this path !

'Affirmative Guided Meditations' used as a 'Meditative Practice'
Are A Powerful Tool !
Affirmative Guided Meditations, Affirmations, and Affirmative Prayers are very similar in many ways. They are often very closely related to each other and they are all very powerful tools with many Benefits. They all . . .
- are stated in the 'Affirmative' . . . i.e. supportive, positive, life-affirming language.
- are mostly stated in 'Now' language . . . not the past or the future.
- are Pivoting Tools.
- help me create positive change in my life.
- help me clarify what I would like to have, create, or experience in my life.
- are scripts that describe my ‘Best Case Scenario’ vision . . .
- create focus by helping me hold my vision . . . through repetition.
- help guide me towards being able to see, feel, and experience - in my body and my mind - how good it feels to have what I want to experience ! Not how good it will feel when I have it . . . but how good it feels to have it ! ! ! !
- raise my Vibrational Frequency . . . so I can move toward Vibrational Alignment.
- help me open a pathway that allows me to integrate, anchor, and embody what I would like to experience.
- open my mind to new options, solutions, opportunities, and possibilities.
- guide me towards Inspired 'Right Action' with more ease and grace.
My Guidelines for Practicing many of my Meditations:
- I say them out loud every day, for a minimum of 30 days, and then I'll use them as it feels right
- I get into a relaxed state, where I am undisturbed, and I can allow for plenty time.
- When I practice my Meditation, I am creating and holding my vision . . . and my goal is to see, feel, and experience - in my body and my mind - how good it feels to experience what is in my Meditation ! Not how Good it Will Feel . . . but how Good it Feels . . . Right Now !
- As I integrate, anchor, and embody my meditation content; I am presented with thoughts, feelings, ideas, solutions, and opportunities of what to do . . . and I follow and take this guided Right Action so that my vision can materialize.
- I am, and I must be, 100% willing and available to change . . . unconditionally . . . whatever it takes !
There are many types of Meditations and my favorite ones that I am sharing with you here are 'Affirmative Guided Meditations'.
Each one of them is a guided 'Best Case Scenario' script, designed to create a specific vision, which cultivates and expands a certain positive feeling or result in me. It helps me clarify and focus in on what I would like to create and integrate more deeply into my Inner Being and into my life experience.
I usually work with one of my meditations at a time, for about 30 days or until it becomes a natural part of me. It is said that it takes about 21 days to establish a new habit; I use 30 days because I really wish to anchor it in.
For me, it is important that I work with it consistently every day, that I am relaxed, uninterrupted, and that I have plenty of time. How many minutes it takes is not really all that important; what is critically important is that I take enough time to really see, feel, and experience my vision with genuine, heartfelt sincerity from the perspective that It Is So already, as I do it. In other words . . . I see it, I feel it, I experience it, and hold this vision of how good it feels to have my vision completely fulfilled . . . right Now . . . in this moment. IT Is Done . . . It Is So !
When I consistently Replay this Vision and I Bathe myself in the Good Feeling of the Fulfillment of what I want, despite the current Absence of its fulfillment . . . I set in Motion the positive Universal Powers of the Law Of Attraction . . . and I know that as I do so, I am dramatically increasing my probability that the Law Of Attraction is bringing me everything I need to realize my vision . . . if it is meant for me ! It will present me with people, situations, circumstances, and doors of opportunities
. . . It is Law.
I know that my benefits would be greatly diminished if I skipped days or if I rushed through it, and I know that I can reinforce and amplify the positive effects if I am able to 'replay' and hold the feelings of my experience as I move through my day.
If it is for me . . . it is on its way to me ! I can see it on its way to me now ! And so it is.
Feel free to edit these Meditations to fit your individual style or situation, be playful and have fun with it !

This Meditative Practice helps me make a habit of tuning into everything that is Good, because that is what is contained in the Frequency of the Heart Chakra !
I can do this by removing my attention from my mind and shifting it onto my heart. I now allow my heart to open wide in my mind’s eye and I feel the Vibration of this High Vibrational Frequency. I just tune into and feel the Vibration of it . . . and I bask in it.
Anyone who is able to reach this meditative state understands the amazing healing power of this practice. It heals on so many levels unseen just by feeling good.
It took some time and practice for me to feel myself through this process . . . to really integrate and understand it. I had to be willing and able to let go of all 'resistance' that I was holding on to in order to allow myself to tune into my Heart.
Now that I know how to do it and what it feels like, I can immediately reach and vibrate in this Heart Frequency just by looking at this photo. Thus, I am now able to use it as a Pivoting tool when I feel 'Off Center' to help me get back into Alignment with a Higher Vibrational Frequency.
Tip: When in doubt about something . . . tune into the Frequency of your Heart and ask:
Does what I am contemplating have a similar Frequency than my Heart ?
The Truth of your Heart Frequency will never stir you wrong.

This Guided Meditation can be very helpful for releasing physical Pain as well as emotional Pain such as Guild, Fear, Judgment, Anger, or any type of Stress that we may be experiencing.
Most of the time, when we feel a heavy emotion that causes us some type of discomfort . . . if we focus our attention on it . . . it can be felt somewhere in our body. This Guided Meditation helps us locate where it is in the body and then release it, so that it won't lodge itself there and cause illness somewhere down the line. |

We are all Spirit in human form and every one of us has a clear Purpose . . . albeit that it can be difficult to see it.
This Meditation can help reinforce what we already know, or it can help us recognize and move towards what is true . . . even if we don't recognize it as of yet.
Either way . . . I Allow it to be !

This Short Meditative Practice stimulates the immediate High Vibration of Inner Peace within me. It helps me embody and express what I know to be true about Peace and peacefulness, which is:
